Chuck and Cindy have been absolutely amazing to work with. We were new to the home-buying process and they took the time to understand not only our wants but our needs. They were extremely responsive and always made sure to fit showings into our schedule. Chuck and Cindy were always honest with us and made sure we did not move forward with a property that we could not handle. My husband and I heard about Chuck and Cindy through several friends who were more than pleased with their experience. From the start of our first home search we felt like they presented themselves professionally. They were quick to respond to us and helped explain things in a way we could understand. They took what we wanted and set up several homes for us to visit that were also inside our price range. We fell in love with the house and are still currently living in it. The process was so smooth and we would definitely recommend working with Chuck and Cindy. If we ever decide to move elsewhere in the area we will most certainly contact them again.
I was moving to NC from AZ by myself for a new job and needed help finding a rental property. I only had a couple of weeks to find a place, and rent it site unseen. Cindy was the first Realtor that was willing to help me find a rental property, since I still had to sell my house in AZ. She was quick to respond to me and provided me with a potential list of rentals in a very short turn-around time. Cindy even provided helpful input about potential areas that I had found online by myself. Cindy helped make my move easy and I will definitely use her again when I am ready to buy a house here in NC.
Chuck and Cindy are one of the very best we've worked with. Very skilled at their craft, responsive and available. We worked with them on finding a new home, selling our existing home and then eventually selling that new home as we left NC. I would work with them again if we were moving back to the area.
