What you expect when you buy a house, (a) Honest Feedback (b) Firm with your negotiations to Owner (c) work based on your need (d) flexible with time and dates in case you are working on your finance (e) Commitment, whatever have been said that will happen as is, No false promisees. I met Chuck and Cindy in 2012 when I was thinking about selling my condo. When I decided to purchase a home this year, I was very happy to contact them again. Chuck & Cindy make the process of buying and selling (or selling and buying, or either) as painless and easy as it can be, from day 1 through closing; they take care of everything, either personally or through a vast array of service-providers in their network--painters, plumbers, electricians, handymen and so forth, mortgage brokers and lawyers--in fact, anyone you might need during the sale or purchase process. Chuck & Cindy are the only brokers/Realtors we'd ever use if we were looking to buy or sell property in the Triangle or the surrounding area.

I contacted C&C through the referral of a friend. Cindy worked with me for several months touring through just about every new listing on the market within my budget. Although I was being picky, as a first time home buyer, Cindy made me feel like she was really on my side and didn't want me to fall into a bad buy. Since I was shopping for my house alone, it was nice to feel like someone with the right knowledge was trying to protect me. We spent lots of quality time together during my search and I eventually ended up with a house I love and still live in 5 years later. Both Chuck and Cindy were very patient with me and never made me feel like I was being rushed - they are really about quality service and give everyone pies every thanksgiving :) I have referred several of my friends and family members to them since!

We want to express our gratefulness to Cindy and Chuck that they helped us to find the place that we were looking for. The whole experience was more than buying a property, it was a smooth journey finding a place to call it home. They respected all of our inquiries and even went beyond by explaining us many details. No questions were left unanswered and we were very well educated. They are very thoughtful about everything and we will rely on their help in the future for sure.
