Chuck & Cindy are the only brokers/Realtors we'd ever use if we were looking to buy or sell property in the Triangle or the surrounding area.

As first time homebuyers we needed somebody to really walk alongside us and Chuck and Cidy were awesome! I worked with Chuck and Cindy in 2009/2010 on the attempted sale of my home. While we did not sell the home, due to reasons unrelated to Chuck and Cindy's efforts, I was very impressed with their professionalism. I am a very difficult person to impress in this area since my father was a General Contractor and home builder in Greensboro for 17 years (1980 to 1997) and my mother was a realtor at the same time. I worked for his business in high school and part time after graduating from UNC. So I am overly familiar with the home buying and selling process.
