My experience with Chuck and Cindy has always been a positive one. They have sold multiple houses for me and to me and my husband. They demonstrate expertise, professionalism and integrity and I could not be more pleased with their representation. I have worked with numerous real estate agents since 1973 in the purchase of eleven homes and I highly recommend this team to anyone needing an exceptional realtor to represent them. I personally would not work with anyone else and often offer their business cards to prospective clients.

My husband and I heard about Chuck and Cindy through several friends who were more than pleased with their experience. From the start of our first home search we felt like they presented themselves professionally. They were quick to respond to us and helped explain things in a way we could understand. They took what we wanted and set up several homes for us to visit that were also inside our price range. We fell in love with the house and are still currently living in it. We recently closed on our first home! Chuck and Cindy made sure the entire process went as smoothly as possible! When we hit a hiccup, they made sure to keep us posted on every update, from as small as, “there is no update yet”, to as large as “it’s time to close!” and everything in between! Amazing follow-up for a deal that was difficult and not a lot of profit. Never had to wait for information or callbacks and Cindy was so great about taking details off me during a stressful time. Always recommend them and they were actually recommended to me by 2 neighbors who utilized their services.

I contacted C&C through the referral of a friend. Cindy worked with me for several months touring through just about every new listing on the market within my budget. Although I was being picky, as a first time home buyer, Cindy made me feel like she was really on my side and didn't want me to fall into a bad buy. Since I was shopping for my house alone, it was nice to feel like someone with the right knowledge was trying to protect me. We spent lots of quality time together during my search and I eventually ended up with a house I love and still live in 5 years later. Both Chuck and Cindy were very patient with me and never made me feel like I was being rushed - they are really about quality service and give everyone pies every thanksgiving :) I have referred several of my friends and family members to them since!
