They were willing to go the extra mile to make sure that my home buying experience was effective, efficient, and low pressure. Chuck and Cindy were very knowledgeable about every area we went and looked at and the longest time I think I went without hearing from them when I had contacted them was maybe 10 minutes. They have been a delight, and I would definitely use them again.

Cindy worked with us on both ends of our home purchase in Cary -- buying in 2005 and selling in 2009 when we moved back home to Michigan. We were extremely pleased with both their expertise and their helpfulness, especially on the sale, which turned out to be more difficult than expected. They really stepped up to the plate and made sure that what needed to be done got done under a very tight deadline for the closing. We couldn't have gotten it done without the experience and hard work that they both provided. Cindy was very helpful in our home search. She's very knowledgeable about the Cary area, extremely professional and an experienced agent whom you want on your side when submitting offers. And once you have a signed contract, she really shines by helping clients through the inspection process. Definitely recommend her expertise when buying or selling a home!
