My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Cindy and Chuck buying our home in Apex. They were both extremely knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in (Apex, Holly Springs, Cary and Clayton) and were very honest with us about both the pros and cons to every house we looked at. They listened very closely to our needs/wants for a home and helped make sure we didn't settle for a house that did not meet those requirements. We had to bring our 1 years old with us to almost every appointment and they were always more than accommodating. I would absolutely use Cindy and Chuck the next time I buy/sell a home!

Over the last 20 years, I have worked with 7 real estate agents (including Chuck and Cindy). I have very little that is positive to say about the first 5, but Chuck and Cindy are an awesome team. They assisted us with the purchase of two investment properties. They are highly knowledge about the local real estate conditions and have lots of helpful tips about becoming landlords. We got on much better deal on these two houses than we did with prior purchases mainly because of their excellent negotiating skills. Amazing follow-up for a deal that was difficult and not a lot of profit. Never had to wait for information or callbacks and Cindy was so great about taking details off me during a stressful time.
