None better in terms of market knowledge, honesty and integrity. They were very helpful in terms of negotiating the contract details and providing opinions as to what was necessary to sell the residence.

Chuck and Cindy were wonderful to work with. They are incredibly responsive, flexible, and know the area better than anyone. In addition to assisting us with the home buying and building process they have recommended many local contractors and service companies that have done great work for us. I would use them for any future home buying or selling and highly recommend them.

I contacted C&C through the referral of a friend. Cindy worked with me for several months touring through just about every new listing on the market within my budget. Although I was being picky, as a first time home buyer, Cindy made me feel like she was really on my side and didn't want me to fall into a bad buy. Since I was shopping for my house alone, it was nice to feel like someone with the right knowledge was trying to protect me. We spent lots of quality time together during my search and I eventually ended up with a house I love and still live in 5 years later. Cindy was our realtor when we purchased years ago. There was no doubt who I was going to call when I sold. House was sold in days. Chuck and Cindy are perfectionist and truly take pride in putting their clients first. I was moving to NC from AZ by myself for a new job and needed help finding a rental property. I only had a couple of weeks to find a place, and rent it site unseen. Cindy was the first Realtor that was willing to help me find a rental property, since I still had to sell my house in AZ. She was quick to respond to me and provided me with a potential list of rentals in a very short turn-around time.
