They were both extremely knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in (Apex, Holly Springs, Cary and Clayton) and were very honest with us about both the pros and cons to every house we looked at. They listened very closely to our needs/wants for a home and helped make sure we didn't settle for a house that did not meet those requirements. Chuck and Cindy went above and beyond in helping us find our house. We could not have been happier with them. Chuck was quick with booking appointments at the houses we wanted to see. He is very knowledgable about construction so he warned us about any possible issues he noticed at the prospective homes. He answered every single one of our many questions and was quick to respond emails, texts and calls. We both work long hours so Chuck not only book all our inspections and but also attended every inspection on our behalf. We truly felt like he was looking out for our best interests.
