Chuck and Cindy were my agents of choice for my first home-buying decision. The home buying process can be overwhelming, especially to a first time buyer, but they were there through each step to help me make the best choice in buying a home. I actually built my townhome and they were able to guide me through the decisions that are required when you must take into account the resale value of such an investment. Chuck and Cindy sold our house for us in 2012. There was a signed contract within a month after the listing. We subsequently had mega trouble with the buyers being totally unreasonable and out of control to the point that the buyers' agent was exasperated with her clients. I was VERY glad we had these two as agents as they worked very hard to keep everything from deteriorating and from me losing my sanity.
