I was moving to NC from AZ by myself for a new job and needed help finding a rental property. I only had a couple of weeks to find a place, and rent it site unseen. Cindy was the first Realtor that was willing to help me find a rental property, since I still had to sell my house in AZ. She was quick to respond to me and provided me with a potential list of rentals in a very short turn-around time. Cindy even provided helpful input about potential areas that I had found online by myself. Cindy helped make my move easy and I will definitely use her again when I am ready to buy a house here in NC.
Chuck and Cindy sold our house for us in 2012. There was a signed contract within a month after the listing. We subsequently had mega trouble with the buyers being totally unreasonable and out of control to the point that the buyers' agent was exasperated with her clients. I was VERY glad we had these two as agents as they worked very hard to keep everything from deteriorating and from me losing my sanity.
Without going into too many details, this was a difficult sale. There seemed to be serious obstacles at every turn. Chuck and Cindy handled every difficulty quickly and professionally. We were able to close the sale with both the seller and buyer very satisfied with the process and the outcome. I am not sure that it could have gone any better with any other realtor that I have ever heard of.
We have used Chuck and Cindy to buy/sell twice now. What can I say about these two? Words honestly cannot describe how appreciative we are of their expertise, responsiveness, and overall great business sense. They truly make what I believe is the best real estate duo in Wake County. For the second time, our home buying process was a breeze and I attribute that to Chuck and Cindy’s efforts. You couldn’t ask for more from these two!! Amazing follow-up for a deal that was difficult and not a lot of profit. Never had to wait for information or callbacks and Cindy was so great about taking details off me during a stressful time.
