Over the last 20 years, I have worked with 7 real estate agents (including Chuck and Cindy). I have very little that is positive to say about the first 5, but Chuck and Cindy are an awesome team. They assisted us with the purchase of two investment properties. They are highly knowledge about the local real estate conditions and have lots of helpful tips about becoming landlords. We got on much better deal on these two houses than we did with prior purchases mainly because of their excellent negotiating skills. 5 stars are not enough for Chuck and Cindy. We are very fortunate that we have had their expertise in the many transactions made over the last couple of years. When I get an opportunity to recommend their services to friends and family, I do not hesitate. I consider Cindy's negotiation skills to be top notch and I like having a warrior, like her, that will fight for your needs, wants and desires. I highly recommend Chuck and Cindy!!!
