We have worked with Chuck and Cindy twice and we have been extremely happy both times. They are super friendly and easy to work with. I was always able to get a hold of them when I needed to ask a question, and they were happy to answer them ( as silly as some of the question probably were!). We were confident that Chuck and Cindy would get us a great price when selling and buying our homes. Neither Chuck or Cindy minded showing us a zillion houses, even some repeatedly. Home selling and buying is super stressful and anxiety provoking for me, but Chuck and Cindy were understanding and patient ( even when I had some mini meltdowns). Next home we buy/sell, will definitely be with them. We could not be more pleased.

As first time homebuyers we needed somebody to really walk alongside us and Chuck and Cidy were awesome! They were always available, it felt as if we were there only clients even though they had others to tend to. As a young family we are pretty spontaneous and they were always up for working with us when we'd ask for a showing that day! Very knowledgable and HUGE bank of professionals for any work or estimates you may need done.

Chuck & Cindy have sold 4 homes for us. They have become very dear friends, actually family, to our whole family. They are so knowledgeable that whatever came up we say 'that's ok just call Chuck & Cindy, they will know what to do.' They were so kind and respectable to my father and came to his funeral when he passed. We have now moved out of state but they were very concerned and helpful with the purchase of our new home in Florida. I have now worked with just honest & trustworthy people. We have also became friends with their assistant Kristin and she also has the same attributes.

They never tried to push us toward a home larger (or more expensive) than we needed, and always treated us fairly and with respect. Chuck had an incredible depth of knowledge and experience with home inspections and what to look for as far as the safety and soundness of the property. Cindy was amazing at tackling the logistics of VA home buying. To have the both of them as a team on our side made the process so much less stressful and so much more successful. My wife and I recommend Chuck and Cindy without reservation.
