Chuck and Cindy were wonderful to work with. They are incredibly responsive, flexible, and know the area better than anyone. In addition to assisting us with the home buying and building process they have recommended many local contractors and service companies that have done great work for us. When I make reference to my realtors (plural), I give other the impression I have a whole team working for me. In truth, I do. Chuck and Cindy have an unusual partnership set up. This works to the client's benefit in several ways. First, with twice the realtor, the chance one of them is available when I need help seems to be twice as high. Second, they bring complimentary skills to the table, so you get the best parts of two great realtors in one package. Third, for all the important decisions--i.e., our initial consultation, our first day of home browsing, our discussion about whether to make an offer, our discussions about how to negotiate, our meeting about how to price the home we were selling, the discussion of what changes we need to make to the house, etc.--they were both involved. I really did get two great realtors for the price of one.

Chuck and Cindy have been absolutely amazing to work with. We were new to the home-buying process and they took the time to understand not only our wants but our needs. They were extremely responsive and always made sure to fit showings into our schedule. Chuck and Cindy were always honest with us and made sure we did not move forward with a property that we could not handle.
