Chuck & Cindy have sold 4 homes for us. They have become very dear friends, actually family, to our whole family. Good agents with great contacts (an excellent painting contractor and his crew). their promotions are very good (impressive color brochure on my home) and they seem to understand the market (traffic during winters vs. summers). if the opportunity arises, I will use them again.

Cindy was knowledgeable about the market and the process went smoothly. The sale of our townhouse was very easy and painless; Cindy was quick to reply to our questions and requests.
