They were also instrumental in getting our offer accepted after being involved in multiple multi-offer situations. Their excellent negotiation skills helped us to get an item fixed even after the seller had said they were not fixing anything additional. In addition, they were very pleasant to work with, responsive to emails, and very professional.

As first time homebuyers we needed somebody to really walk alongside us and Chuck and Cidy were awesome! They were always available, it felt as if we were there only clients even though they had others to tend to. As a young family we are pretty spontaneous and they were always up for working with us when we'd ask for a showing that day! Very knowledgable and HUGE bank of professionals for any work or estimates you may need done.

When I make reference to my realtors (plural), I give other the impression I have a whole team working for me. In truth, I do. Chuck and Cindy have an unusual partnership set up. This works to the client's benefit in several ways. First, with twice the realtor, the chance one of them is available when I need help seems to be twice as high. Second, they bring complimentary skills to the table, so you get the best parts of two great realtors in one package. Third, for all the important decisions--i.e., our initial consultation, our first day of home browsing, our discussion about whether to make an offer, our discussions about how to negotiate, our meeting about how to price the home we were selling, the discussion of what changes we need to make to the house, etc.--they were both involved. I really did get two great realtors for the price of one.
