None better in terms of market knowledge, honesty and integrity. They were very helpful in terms of negotiating the contract details and providing opinions as to what was necessary to sell the residence.

We were referred to them by our son and had a wonderful experience with them in the purchasing of our town home as it was being built. great because we were at least eight hours away. Cindy kept an eye on the contraction and headed off many possible problems. If and when we seek and move they will be our first contact.

As first time homebuyers we needed somebody to really walk alongside us and Chuck and Cidy were awesome! They were always available, it felt as if we were there only clients even though they had others to tend to. As a young family we are pretty spontaneous and they were always up for working with us when we'd ask for a showing that day! He has been diligent about helping me find the right property -- including taking me to auctions and doing the background research on properties. Cindy is an absolute spark plug and this team really plays off each other's strengths. While one is showing houses, the other is doing research and calling listings agents, the town of Apex for info or any number of things.
