Chuck and Cindy sold our house for us in 2012. There was a signed contract within a month after the listing. We subsequently had mega trouble with the buyers being totally unreasonable and out of control to the point that the buyers' agent was exasperated with her clients. I was VERY glad we had these two as agents as they worked very hard to keep everything from deteriorating and from me losing my sanity.

After relocating to the Raleigh area from Connecticut in 2010 for work, we were clueless as to what the Triangle had to offer. Chuck & Cindy have sold 4 homes for us. They have become very dear friends, actually family, to our whole family. They are so knowledgeable that whatever came up we say 'that's ok just call Chuck & Cindy, they will know what to do.' They were so kind and respectable to my father and came to his funeral when he passed. We have now moved out of state but they were very concerned and helpful with the purchase of our new home in Florida. They were on the phone, texting and email about our wire getting to us promptly to purchase the new home. We will never forget there kindness and friendship. After interviewing a few agents, my husband and I decided to work with Cindy and Chuck. Our first home buying experience was not good, so we we were skeptical and worried about how we would be treated, and concerned no agent would ever look out for us. But Cindy and Chuck were great to work with. Most of our time was spent with Chuck as he loves to drive you all over Wake county until you find the right house! We sometimes worried we were taking forever to find our home but Cindy and Chuck were patient, not like other agents we have encountered. They understand it takes time and stick with you like you are still a new client throughout the process. Cindy met us several times as well, but her specialty with us was explaining all the legal terminology in the contracts and really taking charge of the business/legal side of things. She also showed us one house and said “this house has problems, let’s go” before we even went upstairs, which was awesome! Both of them were very available. I worked in real estate for about 14 months in another state and I learned more from Chuck & Cindy than I did from my classes, broker, and my own selling experiences. Chuck and Cindy have also been available to us since, to make recommendations for home contractors. In the end, we found what we think is the perfect house for us, in a town we didn’t think we’d be in – and we love it! We highly recommend them.

We have used Chuck and Cindy to buy/sell twice now. What can I say about these two? Words honestly cannot describe how appreciative we are of their expertise, responsiveness, and overall great business sense. They truly make what I believe is the best real estate duo in Wake County.
