I would highly recommend Cindy and Chuck. They sold me a house two years ago and I still keep in touch with them. They are very professional and are always there to help out. Chuck has come over and helped me at my house and I can always call Cindy for advice. I will use them again!
I was moving to NC from AZ by myself for a new job and needed help finding a rental property. I only had a couple of weeks to find a place, and rent it site unseen. Cindy was the first Realtor that was willing to help me find a rental property, since I still had to sell my house in AZ. She was quick to respond to me and provided me with a potential list of rentals in a very short turn-around time. Cindy even provided helpful input about potential areas that I had found online by myself. Cindy helped make my move easy and I will definitely use her again when I am ready to buy a house here in NC.
Chuck and Cindy went above and beyond in helping us find our house. We could not have been happier with them. Chuck was quick with booking appointments at the houses we wanted to see. He is very knowledgable about construction so he warned us about any possible issues he noticed at the prospective homes. He answered every single one of our many questions and was quick to respond emails, texts and calls. We both work long hours so Chuck not only book all our inspections and but also attended every inspection on our behalf. We truly felt like he was looking out for our best interests. When we finally decided to purchase our next house Chuck and Cindy we there promptly to start the process. We sold our house in 48 hrs and for more than the asking price. They also are a great fountain of knowledge for local trades people to get any work done at your new house. I do not plan on moving again, but I would highly recommend them to others.
I contacted C&C through the referral of a friend. Cindy worked with me for several months touring through just about every new listing on the market within my budget. Although I was being picky, as a first time home buyer, Cindy made me feel like she was really on my side and didn't want me to fall into a bad buy. Since I was shopping for my house alone, it was nice to feel like someone with the right knowledge was trying to protect me. We spent lots of quality time together during my search and I eventually ended up with a house I love and still live in 5 years later. Both Chuck and Cindy were very patient with me and never made me feel like I was being rushed - they are really about quality service and give everyone pies every thanksgiving :) I have referred several of my friends and family members to them since!
