We worked with Chuck and Cindy to quickly sell our home for a last-minute work relocation. It had been a long time since we had last purchased/sold a home, so it was a relief for our listing to be in their very capable, expert hands. They quickly listed our home, with the latest industry bells and whistles, and generated a lot of buyer traffic. They sold our home in less than 24 hours. Overall, their "process" was smooth and relatively stress free for our family, which I attribute to the considerable amount of time that they spent, providing guidance and answering our many questions. It is not often that you meet people that do their job well; however, when we met Chuck and Cindy we met two people that did it all well – we hit the jackpot! Normally, when you go to a realtor, you are assisted by one person; well Chuck and Cindy work together to find you the right house at the right price. We were from out of state, so they also took this into account, preparing a list of houses for us to look at and providing the list to us for review before we arrived.
