Cindy was absolutely wonderful to work with. She handled everything with ease and always responded so fast via phone or email. She is the nicest woman and hands down the best realtor in the area. I recommend her to everyone and had 3 other's buy from her and they all say the same thing. So professional but down to earth and outgoing personality. Loved working with her.

Chuck and Cindy are great and I would highly recommend them to assist with selling your existing home or buying a new home. They are an extremely efficient team. We sold our house in 48 hrs and for more than the asking price. They also are a great fountain of knowledge for local trades people to get any work done at your new house.

Cindy worked with us on both ends of our home purchase in Cary -- buying in 2005 and selling in 2009 when we moved back home to Michigan. We were extremely pleased with both their expertise and their helpfulness, especially on the sale, which turned out to be more difficult than expected. My husband and I heard about Chuck and Cindy through several friends who were more than pleased with their experience. From the start of our first home search we felt like they presented themselves professionally. They were quick to respond to us and helped explain things in a way we could understand. They took what we wanted and set up several homes for us to visit that were also inside our price range. We fell in love with the house and are still currently living in it.
