When we finally decided to purchase our next house Chuck and Cindy we there promptly to start the process. We sold our house in 48 hrs and for more than the asking price. They also are a great fountain of knowledge for local trades people to get any work done at your new house. I do not plan on moving again, but I would highly recommend them to others.

While we did not sell the home, due to reasons unrelated to Chuck and Cindy's efforts, I was very impressed with their professionalism. I am a very difficult person to impress in this area since my father was a General Contractor and home builder in Greensboro for 17 years (1980 to 1997) and my mother was a realtor at the same time. I worked for his business in high school and part time after graduating from UNC. So I am overly familiar with the home buying and selling process. If one was tied up with a personal or client matter, which is understandable, the other would quickly follow-up and was fully in the know about our situation.
