When we hit a hiccup, they made sure to keep us posted on every update, from as small as, “there is no update yet”, to as large as “it’s time to close!” and everything in between! They let us know what steps we needed to take, and how to make the home buying process as easy as possible! They are both very knowledgeable, and very easy to reach! They have a wealth of knowledgeable that comes with years of experience, anything you need to help you with your new home they "know a guy!"... Would highly recommend both of them!

When I get an opportunity to recommend their services to friends and family, I do not hesitate. Not only I am a first-time home buyer, but I am a foreigner, so you can imagine how confused I was about the whole process. Chuck and Cindy guided me through all the process and were extremely patient with all my queries. When visiting a house they thought and let me know of tons of details that would have never occurred to me in order to make the best decision. I was particularly impressed by their availability, we visited houses and had calls at all times of the day. It's been about 6 months since I purchased my house and they continue to be in touch, just to see how everything is going and even to give me a pie for Thanksgiving!
