Chuck and Cindy sold our house in Apex last year and assisted us in the buying and building process of our new home. They helped us through every step, from being honest with us about what we needed to do to sell our home to helping us negotiate a purchase prices and being there for every meeting during the construction of our new home. Also, Chuck and Cindy are both very warm and friendly personally and always get back to you right away with any questions/concerns you have. I contacted C&C through the referral of a friend. Cindy worked with me for several months touring through just about every new listing on the market within my budget. Although I was being picky, as a first time home buyer, Cindy made me feel like she was really on my side and didn't want me to fall into a bad buy. Since I was shopping for my house alone, it was nice to feel like someone with the right knowledge was trying to protect me. We spent lots of quality time together during my search and I eventually ended up with a house I love and still live in 5 years later. When I make reference to my realtors (plural), I give other the impression I have a whole team working for me. In truth, I do. Chuck and Cindy have an unusual partnership set up. This works to the client's benefit in several ways. First, with twice the realtor, the chance one of them is available when I need help seems to be twice as high. Second, they bring complimentary skills to the table, so you get the best parts of two great realtors in one package. Third, for all the important decisions--i.e., our initial consultation, our first day of home browsing, our discussion about whether to make an offer, our discussions about how to negotiate, our meeting about how to price the home we were selling, the discussion of what changes we need to make to the house, etc.--they were both involved. I really did get two great realtors for the price of one.
