It is not often that you meet people that do their job well; however, when we met Chuck and Cindy we met two people that did it all well – we hit the jackpot! Normally, when you go to a realtor, you are assisted by one person; well Chuck and Cindy work together to find you the right house at the right price. We were from out of state, so they also took this into account, preparing a list of houses for us to look at and providing the list to us for review before we arrived. From the moment we met Chuck and Cindy at their office, we felt comfortable and we knew we were in good hands. We spent a few days driving around with Chuck looking at houses. Chuck grew up in the area, so he would also tell us about each area and show us everything the area had to offer; schools, shopping, restaurants, everything! If we liked a particular house, Chuck would call Cindy asking her to check out things on that particular house. It really helped us make the right decision at the right time. We found the perfect house for us and closed the deal that same weekend! We could not have done it without Chuck and Cindy’s efforts. Chuck and Cindy guided us through the entire purchasing process with ease. They were calm, cool and collected throughout the negotiations, due diligence period and closing, which helped us to remain calm, too. We could have not asked for better Realtors. The power of a team! Before we choose an agent we interviewed a few people and quickly realized that two was better than one. Chuck & Cindy compliment each others talents well. Chuck walked every home in great detail, he spent as much time educating us on the outside of the home as he did the inside. Most importantly he made us feel empowered with knowledge. I worked with Chuck and Cindy in 2009/2010 on the attempted sale of my home. While we did not sell the home, due to reasons unrelated to Chuck and Cindy's efforts, I was very impressed with their professionalism. I am a very difficult person to impress in this area since my father was a General Contractor and home builder in Greensboro for 17 years (1980 to 1997) and my mother was a realtor at the same time.
