Cindy and Chuck are the best. They went over and above the call to help us find our new home. Their familiarity with the area was a valuable resource for us. We are moving to North Carolina from the Midwest, and they made a difficult move enjoyable for us. We can't thank them enough.

She listens well and took that feedback to help understand my needs better thereby eliminating wasted time driving around to properties that did not fit my needs, even though when we started, I wasn't sure what those needs were. She reviewed properties for me daily as they came on the market and was able to notify me quickly of a townhome that fit my exact needs in a neighborhood where homes were coming off the market in under a week. She provides excellent customer service and prompt responses. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Even after my purchase, her team still kept in touch to find out how I was doing.

I contacted C&C through the referral of a friend. Cindy worked with me for several months touring through just about every new listing on the market within my budget. Although I was being picky, as a first time home buyer, Cindy made me feel like she was really on my side and didn't want me to fall into a bad buy. Since I was shopping for my house alone, it was nice to feel like someone with the right knowledge was trying to protect me. Chuck & Cindy have sold 4 homes for us. They have become very dear friends, actually family, to our whole family. When I make reference to my realtors (plural), I give other the impression I have a whole team working for me. In truth, I do. Chuck and Cindy have an unusual partnership set up. This works to the client's benefit in several ways. First, with twice the realtor, the chance one of them is available when I need help seems to be twice as high. Second, they bring complimentary skills to the table, so you get the best parts of two great realtors in one package. Third, for all the important decisions--i.e., our initial consultation, our first day of home browsing, our discussion about whether to make an offer, our discussions about how to negotiate, our meeting about how to price the home we were selling, the discussion of what changes we need to make to the house, etc.--they were both involved. I really did get two great realtors for the price of one.
