She is so knowledgeable about the entire triangle area and will investigate things you would never think of – like if development is forthcoming. She’s always looking out for your best interest. Each time I found a house I was interested in, I’d asked Chuck to advise me about any issues with the house. He is such an expert on every aspect of home maintenance, that I was fully confident if was the perfect home for me when I made my offer. They are an amazing team & the only realtors I would use or recommend.

They were very responsive and able to anticipate almost all of my questions, showing how much experience they have in the field. And they were very good about telling me the reasons behind their opinions and recommendations, they wanted me to be well informed and not just follow their lead without question.
