She reviewed properties for me daily as they came on the market and was able to notify me quickly of a townhome that fit my exact needs in a neighborhood where homes were coming off the market in under a week. After interviewing a few agents, my husband and I decided to work with Cindy and Chuck. Our first home buying experience was not good, so we we were skeptical and worried about how we would be treated, and concerned no agent would ever look out for us. But Cindy and Chuck were great to work with. Most of our time was spent with Chuck as he loves to drive you all over Wake county until you find the right house! We sometimes worried we were taking forever to find our home but Cindy and Chuck were patient, not like other agents we have encountered. They understand it takes time and stick with you like you are still a new client throughout the process. Cindy met us several times as well, but her specialty with us was explaining all the legal terminology in the contracts and really taking charge of the business/legal side of things. She also showed us one house and said “this house has problems, let’s go” before we even went upstairs, which was awesome! Both of them were very available. I worked in real estate for about 14 months in another state and I learned more from Chuck & Cindy than I did from my classes, broker, and my own selling experiences. I've never seen a team quite like Chuck and Cindy. I needed to sell my property ASAP and looked on Zillow to find representation. I submitted three inquiries and Cindy called me back within hours - I was in their office the next day getting the paperwork together to list. They talked about their process, teamwork, service level, etc....they under-sold themselves because their service was above and beyond what they told me. Out of the gate their recommended price point to sell fast was spot on (24 hrs) and negotiation skills got us above asking. They coordinated directly with my tenants for access, they did home visits to pick up and drop off checks/paperwork, they took the home inspection to a contractor immediately and presented a fair quote within days and even did a power of attorney to complete the closing in our absence all without additional fees. Overall you can't find a better team to assist you if you need to sell and I look forward to working with them again in the coming years!
