As first time homebuyers we needed somebody to really walk alongside us and Chuck and Cidy were awesome! They were always available, it felt as if we were there only clients even though they had others to tend to. As a young family we are pretty spontaneous and they were always up for working with us when we'd ask for a showing that day! Good agents with great contacts (an excellent painting contractor and his crew). their promotions are very good (impressive color brochure on my home) and they seem to understand the market (traffic during winters vs. summers). if the opportunity arises, I will use them again.
