She listens well and took that feedback to help understand my needs better thereby eliminating wasted time driving around to properties that did not fit my needs, even though when we started, I wasn't sure what those needs were. She reviewed properties for me daily as they came on the market and was able to notify me quickly of a townhome that fit my exact needs in a neighborhood where homes were coming off the market in under a week. I am looking for an investment property and have met with Chuck on multiple occasions. He has been diligent about helping me find the right property -- including taking me to auctions and doing the background research on properties. Cindy is an absolute spark plug and this team really plays off each other's strengths. While one is showing houses, the other is doing research and calling listings agents, the town of Apex for info or any number of things. I am confident we will find the right investment property when the right one comes along -- I wouldn't dream of working with another agent. I really trust these two.
