Chuck and Cindy came highly recommend to me through friends and they lived up to every bit of the hype. They were willing to go the extra mile to make sure that my home buying experience was effective, efficient, and low pressure. Chuck and Cindy were very knowledgeable about every area we went and looked at and the longest time I think I went without hearing from them when I had contacted them was maybe 10 minutes. They have been a delight, and I would definitely use them again.

They were very patient with us and helped us find our perfect home even when I was convinced the perfect home was not to be found! We had one home fall through and I was devastated. The power of a team! Before we choose an agent we interviewed a few people and quickly realized that two was better than one. Chuck & Cindy compliment each others talents well. Chuck walked every home in great detail, he spent as much time educating us on the outside of the home as he did the inside. Most importantly he made us feel empowered with knowledge. Cindy's attention to detail and fast response time made us feel as if we were the only clients they were working with. We closed our house today and immediately wanted to look for a way to both thank Chuck & Cindy and recommend them to others.
I contacted C&C through the referral of a friend. Cindy worked with me for several months touring through just about every new listing on the market within my budget. Although I was being picky, as a first time home buyer, Cindy made me feel like she was really on my side and didn't want me to fall into a bad buy. Since I was shopping for my house alone, it was nice to feel like someone with the right knowledge was trying to protect me. We spent lots of quality time together during my search and I eventually ended up with a house I love and still live in 5 years later. Cindy was absolutely wonderful to work with. She handled everything with ease and always responded so fast via phone or email. She is the nicest woman and hands down the best realtor in the area.
