I've never seen a team quite like Chuck and Cindy. I needed to sell my property ASAP and looked on Zillow to find representation. I submitted three inquiries and Cindy called me back within hours - I was in their office the next day getting the paperwork together to list. They talked about their process, teamwork, service level, etc....they under-sold themselves because their service was above and beyond what they told me. Out of the gate their recommended price point to sell fast was spot on (24 hrs) and negotiation skills got us above asking. They coordinated directly with my tenants for access, they did home visits to pick up and drop off checks/paperwork, they took the home inspection to a contractor immediately and presented a fair quote within days and even did a power of attorney to complete the closing in our absence all without additional fees. Overall you can't find a better team to assist you if you need to sell and I look forward to working with them again in the coming years!

Over the last 20 years, I have worked with 7 real estate agents (including Chuck and Cindy). I have very little that is positive to say about the first 5, but Chuck and Cindy are an awesome team. They assisted us with the purchase of two investment properties. They are highly knowledge about the local real estate conditions and have lots of helpful tips about becoming landlords. We got on much better deal on these two houses than we did with prior purchases mainly because of their excellent negotiating skills. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Cindy was able to give advice to narrow the search for my home as a first time homebuyer by helping to explain comps and property value in different areas. She listens well and took that feedback to help understand my needs better thereby eliminating wasted time driving around to properties that did not fit my needs, even though when we started, I wasn't sure what those needs were. She reviewed properties for me daily as they came on the market and was able to notify me quickly of a townhome that fit my exact needs in a neighborhood where homes were coming off the market in under a week. She provides excellent customer service and prompt responses. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Even after my purchase, her team still kept in touch to find out how I was doing.
