I have known Chuck Hinton for over 26 years. I have bought a home from him in the past and would choose to use him in the future. He and Cindy are an ideal team that really compliment each other in an excellent manner. I could honestly not imagine a more knowledgeable real estate professional anywhere in our state. One of Chuck's strong points is to cut through the legal jargon and talk with people in an understandable and clear way. If you are looking for a realtor stop and do business with Chuck. Cindy was the first Realtor that was willing to help me find a rental property, since I still had to sell my house in AZ. Cindy even provided helpful input about potential areas that I had found online by myself. Cindy helped make my move easy and I will definitely use her again when I am ready to buy a house here in NC.
